My university degree, including the professional 'real-life' learning experiences gained through practical placement, has instilled more than just a knowledge of content. Over the years I have developed the skills, values and attitudes required for today's workplace. These qualities will make me a valuable member of any educational environment. I am a continual learner and have the necessary skills required to contribute towards personal and collective growth, improvement, and transformation (Stephenson, 1999 ).
